Insurance Accepted

We accept a variety of managed care insurance plans to ensure you receive the best care possible. Some of the insurance companies we work with include: Health First, Emblem, HIP, Amida Care, MVP, and Molina Health. All other managed care plans will require a Prior Authorization which means we will reach out to your insurance company in order to get approval. Approval is most often authorized in the form of a "single case agreement."  If you do not have insurance there are cash payment options, sliding scale, (and in some cases) referals to free or low cost support.
